Paul has acted as a neutral in over 20 franchise disputes, including multiple franchisee expansion and development disputes over the past 5 years for a Fortune 250 franchisor with over 7,000 units. In 2018, Paul served on a committee of the American Intellectual Property Law Association to plan the continuing legal education panel on franchise law for the AIPLA’s 2018 Annual Meeting.
